As a burger patty, filling for your wrap or side for your salad – the Biovegan beetroot patty is versatile and naturally delicious. The patty based on oats and chickpeas is satiating and an eyecatcher due to its special color. The beetroot gives it a great taste and makes it irresistibly delicious. As you only need water to prepare it, you can easily make your vegan and gluten-free organic patty at home.

Preparation
- Carefully add the patty mix with 250ml of boiling water to a bowl and mix it thoroughly. Then let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- With wet hands, form 5-6 patties.
- Heat up 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the patties on medium heat from both sides, until they are crispy.
Tip: Alternatively, you can also form little balls and bake them in oil, until they are crispy.
Note: Only consume when fully cooked through.
