My falafel red lentil curry by Biovegan based on chickpeas and red lentils are a new interpretation of the well-known culinary allrounder and they are vegan, gluten-free and in best organic quality. By using curry they get a special turmeric flavor and taste spicy and savory. Thanks to the legumes, they are also a natural protein source. As a snack, main dish or crispy side dish for your salad – the Biovegan falafel mix is versatile and quick and easy to prepare!

Preparation
- Carefully add the falafel mix with 250ml of boiling water to a bowl and mix it thoroughly. Then let it sit for 15 minutes.
- With wet hands, form about 15 patties in your desired size.
- Heat up some oil in a coated pan and fry your falafels on medium heat from both sides, until they are golden brown. Alternatively, you can also form falafel balls and fry them in oil, until they are golden brown.
Note: Only consume when fully cooked through. Pregnant women and children below the age of 3 years should avoid the consumption
