My Vanilla Pudding
With bourbon vanilla
Refined with a touch of the finest Himalayan salt and real organic bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Contents: 33 g (for 500 ml plant drink / milk)
Corn starch*, 1.6% bourbon vanilla*, salt. (May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, lupins and nuts).

Preparation
Vanilla pudding
You add:
- 500 ml plant drink / milk
- 3-4 tbsp raw cane sugar or other dry sweetener
Preparation:
Stir about 100 ml of the liquid with the contents of the sachet until smooth. Boil the remaining liquid with dry sweetener. Add the stirred powder. Cook at low temperature for 2 minutes, stirring. Pour the pudding into bowls and leave to cool.
Tip: Pour the warm pudding into small glasses, allow to cool and turn out onto a plate. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and fruit.
Remark: The consistency may vary when using certain plant-based drinks (e.g. rice drink).
