Preparation

For your Panna Cotta Coconut Vanilla, you additionally need:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
  • ALTERNATIVELY: 200 ml vegan cooking cream with 200 ml of plant drink or 200 ml cream with 200 ml milk

And this is how it works:

  • Pour the content of the bag into a pot together with the coconut milk and mix it thoroughly.
  • Slowly bring it to a boil and stir for a minute while boiling.
  • Pour the Panna Cotta into 4 cold bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Tip: Remove the Panna Cotta with a knife and place it on a plate. Serve with Biovegan dessert sauce and a bit of fresh fruit.

Note: The consistency might vary when using different types of coconut milk, cooking creams and plant drinks.
