My Panna Cotta Mango is the fruity dessert for natural gourmets, which can easily be prepared with coconut milk. Preparation
For your Panna Cotta Mango, you additionally need:
- 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
- ALTERNATIVELY: 200 ml vegan cooking cream with 200 ml of plant drink or 200 ml cream with 200 ml milk
And this is how it works:
- Pour the content of the bag into a pot together with the coconut milk and mix it thoroughly.
- Slowly bring it to a boil and stir for a minute while boiling.
- Pour the Panna Cotta into 4 cold bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Tip: Remove the Panna Cotta with a knife and place it on a plate. Serve with a bit of fresh mango and coconut milk.
Note: The consistency might vary when using different types of coconut milk, cooking creams and plant drinks.
