Preparation
You just have to add to the cake glaze:
- 250 ml cold water
Stir the content of pack into 250 ml cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes whilst stirring continually. Remove from the hob and stir occasionally.
Leave to cool for approx. 10 minutes, until the glaze becomes slightly creamy. Spread the cake glaze over the cake with a tablespoon, starting from the centre. The cake can be cut after it has cooled (approx. 30 minutes).
Tip:
Sprinkle the cake base evenly with BIOVEGAN cream stiffener to prevent the base from becoming soggy.
