Preparation

FOR YOUR BROWNIES YOU NEED ADDITIONALLY:

  • 150 ml water
  • 130 g soft margarine
  • Baking pan or casserole dish* (20 x 20 cm)
  • Hand mixer with a whisk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Oil your baking pan or put a layer of baking sheet on it.

Add your baking mix with the water and margarine to a mixing bowl and mix everything together until it forms a smooth creamy dough.  Add your dough to the oiled baking pan and smoothen it out a bit.

Bake the brownies on the medium rack of your oven for about 25 minutes.

Let the brownies cool down a bit in the baking pan before removing them and cutting them into pieces.

Tip:

*Baking pans with thicker walls (made of glass, ceramic, etc.) might influence the baking time.
