My agar agar leaves is a purely plant-based gelling agent in leaf form for sweet and savory dishes, such as desserts, tarts, fruit spreads, aspics or warm terrines. Preparation

Application

Easy dosage and high gelation guarantee thanks to the same leaf format as conventional gelatine. Weighing of powder is no longer necessary.

Preparation

Dosage for 500 ml:

Firm masses = 2 leaves, lighter binding (e.g. jello) = 1 leaf. Allow the food to gel in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours after preparation.

Warm dishes:
Add the agar agar directly to the liquid and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Now let it boil for about 2 minutes until the agar agar has completely dissolved.

Cold dishes:
Add the agar agar to 100 ml of liquid and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for at least 1 minute until the agar agar is completely dissolved. Let it cool slightly and gradually add 400 ml of a cold ingredient, stirring thoroughly.
