With fine bourbon vanilla, BIOVEGAN vanilla sugar is ideal for sweetening creams, mixed drinks, cakes and biscuits.
Contents: 4 x 8 g (for 4 x 500 g of flour, a dessert of 500 ml or a drink of 1 l).
Raw cane sugar*, bourbon vanilla* (6.25 %). (May contain traces of soy, cellery, mustard, lupine and nuts.)

Preparation
One bag of BIOVEGAN vanilla sugar is sufficient for 500 g flour, a dessert of 500 ml or a drink of 1 l liquid. Sprinkle in the contents of the bag and mix with the other ingredients.
Recipe tip: Apple and rice dessert
Ingredients:
- 500 g apples
- 1 l vegetable drink
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pck. BIOVEGAN vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 200 g rice pudding
Preparation:
Wash, peel, core and slice the apples. Bring the vegetable drink with the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon juice to the boil. Then add the apples and rice pudding, bring everything to the boil and cook over a medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cinnamon before serving.
