My Omelette Alternative is the 100% plant-based alternative for omelette by Biovegan. With a basis of chickpea flour, the omelette alternative provides valuable proteins and is naturally organic, vegan and gluten-free. My Omelette Alternative is quick and easy to prepare; mixed with water, you just have to fry it in a pan and then fill it with vegetables of your choice.
My Omelette Alternative offers a variety of other applications, for example farmer’s omelette, Spanish tortilla or spaghetti carbonara.

Preparation
Preparation
- Preheat a coated frying pan well with about 1 tsp oil on medium-high heat and sauté the vegetables of your choice for the filling. Then put the vegetables aside.
- Now, using a whisk, mix the contents of the packet with 130 ml of cold water.
- Pour a little oil and then the mixture into the hot pan and swirl it so that everything is well distributed. Then fry the omelette for 3 minutes, flip and fry from the other side for 1 minute.
- Now put the vegetable filling on one half of the omelette and fold it together – enjoy!
