My Egg Alternative

My Egg Alternative is used in sweet baked goods such as waffles, pancakes, and sponge cakes. Or in savory dishes such as potato and vegetable fritters, casseroles or for breading.

Not suitable for preparing scrambled or fried eggs. For scrambled eggs we recommend My Scrambled Egg Alternative.

Preparation

Dosage

5 g (approx. 1 tsp) egg alternative and 50 ml sparkling water replace one whole egg.

Preparation

  1. Mix your egg alternative with sparkling water. Now add the other liquid ingredients and whisk until fluffy.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients thouroughly together and blend them with the mixed liquid until they form a uniform mass.
