Preparation

For your chocolate muffins, you additionally need:

  • 250 ml soy drink
  • 100 g soft margarine
  • Hand mixer with a whisk
  • Muffin pan (or 12 muffin moulds)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C air circulation.

Add your baking mix with the soy drink and the margarine to a mixing bowl. Mix everything with your hand mixer with a whisk on medium speed, until it forms a creamy dough.

Fill the dough in your 12 muffins moulds or the mufffin pan, each about 2/3.

Bake the muffins on the medium rack of your oven for about 20 minutes.

After baking, let the muffins rest in the pan for about 5 minutes before removing them and letting them cool down completely on a rack.

Tip

You can also prepare your chocolate muffins with other plant drinks. Please note that the consistency might vary depending on the plant drink. We recommend using soy drink.
