My vegan Käshew dip (vegan cheese alternative)

My vegan Käshew dip based on cashew nuts is quick and easy to prepare with unsweetened soy drink and tastes great hot and cold, for example with noodles, burgers, burritos or fajitas.

With its spicy taste and creamy consistency, the Käshew dip is perfect for Mexican dishes, fast food with cheese, hot cheese or chili cheese sauce or as a base for spicy noodle or potato dishes.

Preparation

For the Käshew dip, you additionally need:

  • 250 ml unsweetened soy drink

Note: When using other plant-based drinks (e.g. oat drink), the result may vary. Therefore, we recommend to use unsweetened soy drink for our Käshew dip.

Put your vegan Käshew dip together with the soy drink in a pot and stir thoroughly with a whisk. Let your dip come to a boil on medium to high heat, whisking constantly, until it slightly thickens. You can enjoy the dip hot or cold!
