Preparation
You just have to add:
- 200-250 ml cold vegetable based whipping cream or cold cream.
Preparation:
Whip liquid briefly and sprinkle in the contents of bag. Continue to whip until desired firmness is achieved. Keep cold until eating.
Tip:
- Cream or cream tarts prepared with BIOVEGAN cream stiffener can be frozen and defrosted again without losing consistency or flavour.
- Sprinkle cream stiffener on the cake base, so that it does not become soggy.
