Preparation

You just have to add:

  • 200-250 ml cold vegetable based whipping cream or cold cream.

Preparation:

Whip liquid briefly and sprinkle in the contents of bag. Continue to whip until desired firmness is achieved. Keep cold until eating.

Tip:

  1. Cream or cream tarts prepared with BIOVEGAN cream stiffener can be frozen and defrosted again without losing consistency or flavour.
  2. Sprinkle cream stiffener on the cake base, so that it does not become soggy.
