Our organic bourbon vanilla is produced by the Biovegan cooperative VanillAMI, which ensures sustainable vanilla farming and social and ecological commitment in Madagascar. In addition, our bourbon vanilla has been certified by the Rainforest Alliance since 2020.

Preparation
Please note: White vanillin crystals on the pod are a sign of high quality and a high content of vanillin.
How to use the Bourbon vanilla pod:
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise with a knife.
- Scrape out the vanilla pulp lengthwise.
Tipp: Don’t throw the pod away after scraping it out, as it can be used to spice up your sugar, tea or plant-based milk alternative. You can also combine savory ingredients like vinegar, oil, salt, pepper or mustard with our vanilla.
